Bible in a Year-ish
I created a little bible reading plan that I call “Bible in a Year-ish”. Fancy, I know. Studies show that most people don’t read their bible consistently. That’s not good because it’s a really important habit to form! It shapes our worldview and our worldview affects how we do everything in our life.
This free PDF that makes it easier to see where you are in your bible reading for the year and how long it will take to make it to the end. It’s a 5-day, Monday-Friday plan with “grace days” on the weekend (AKA you can skip Saturday and Sunday). It should be about 15 minutes of reading, and by committing to that, you’ll be able to read through the bible in a year-ish. That’s all.
My Bookshelf
If you’re ever curious about what I’m reading, you can get a good idea through my Goodreads. It’s not a full list of everything I’m currently reading or have ever read, but it will give you a general idea of where my head is at. For entertainment, my favorite genre is Sci-Fi— even for TV shows and movies. For research I prioritize the Bible (ESV/NASB not dogmatic just personal preference), history, economics, sociology, biographies, business, philosophy, and other disciplines relating to what has been mentioned.
