Burning out from overworking is something that most people experience, but never find solid ways to prevent. It's unfortunate because one never really realizes they are truly "burnt out" until its too late. This was the case for me. The lack of sleep and freedom due to having a newborn in addition to trying to do too much has yielding few desired results. It caused me to burn out instead and ironically the past week has been filled with more inconsistency and procrastination that I could have imagined.
